Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeding and attending to costumers - Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with others duties to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality front desk preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
