Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate; Teacher of K-6; Teacher of K-8; Math Certificate Preferred District and NJ DOE Requirements Scope of Responsibility:
To provide an approved education program and establish a class environment that fosters learning and personal growth; to help pupils to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education; and to maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
