- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or requests - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Perform basic math calculations to calculate bills and provide change - Uphold hospitality standards and create a positive dining experience for guests Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for calculating bills and handling cash transactions - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Job Types:
